By accessing and using the POKER X Card website and submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or submit an application.
2. Nature of the Program
POKER X Card is a premium card program experience connected to the POKER X ecosystem and issued through approved program partners, including VOIX Pte. Ltd. and supported by MatchMove. POKER X is not a bank, card issuer, payment institution, or financial service provider. This website is for informational and application purposes only. Submission of an application does not guarantee card issuance, approval, or access to any specific benefit.
3. Eligibility
The POKER X Card program is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) and who can provide accurate, valid identification for verification purposes. Eligibility is subject to review and approval by the applicable issuer and program partners. Final eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the issuer and program partners. POKER X does not control the approval process and does not guarantee card issuance to any applicant.
4. Application Information
When you apply, you are asked to provide your full name, email address, mobile number, and country or region of residence, along with a preferred card network (Visa, Mastercard, or no preference), an optional card color preference, and any optional notes. You represent that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update it if it changes. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in application rejection or program termination.
5. No Guarantee of Benefits
All features, benefits, and services described on this website are subject to issuer partner approval, regional availability, applicable laws and regulations, KYC/AML requirements, partner confirmation, and final program structure. No specific benefit, card network, card color preference, or program feature is guaranteed, and any preferences submitted during the application are requests only.
6. Card Issuance and Network
The POKER X Card is issued in partnership with VOIX Pte. Ltd. and supported by MatchMove. Card issuance, approval, card network availability (including Visa and/or Mastercard), cardholder terms, fees, limits, and related financial services are subject to the applicable issuer, program provider, network rules, regional eligibility, and applicable laws. POKER X does not directly issue cards or control network availability.
7. No Financial Services
POKER X does not provide banking, investment, payment, or financial advisory services through this website. POKER X only provides brand, marketing, ecosystem, and program-related access information where applicable.
8. KYC and Verification
Approved applicants may be required to complete identity verification, KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks through authorized third-party partners. Failure to complete required verification steps may result in application rejection or program termination.
9. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive program announcements and partner benefit updates during the application process, POKER X or its program partners may contact you by email, SMS, or other channels you provide. You may withdraw this consent at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in such communications or by contacting us directly; withdrawing consent does not affect your underlying application or card program status.
